Enterprise Account Executive skills and qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization and time-management skills
Knowledge of US Health system and latest technologies used by health providers, health payors, and employer wellness a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and quota under pressure
Proven sales process
Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years’ experience employer or health system sales
3 years’ experience working in start-up environments
Experience in healthcare or employee benefits a must
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Passion for excellent Customer Service
Strong interpersonal communication (Both verbal and written)

Strong understanding of health systems and Medicare Advantage a plus.

Some challenges we need your help solving
Growth - You will help add new employees and health systems as customers.
Represent the company in all activities associated with customer acquisition.
Identify, recruit and on-board new customers within assigned territory.
Comfortably selling to VP and C-suite executives
Thrive with change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
Strong organization and prioritization of prospecting to increase revenue while providing excellent client experience.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to prospects.
Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences.
Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
