Our Dallas, TX client company is looking to hire 2 Full Time Engineering Corporate Recruiters. This full cycle Recruiter/Sourcer should be specialized in filling Engineering positions for manufacturing plant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as internal consultant for hiring managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of most qualified candidates to build best in class teams
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates
• Support the ongoing diversity objectives in building teams.
• Review resumes, interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
• Establish and maintain contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
• Source candidates from applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
• Proactively source candidates from social media platforms, including LinkedIn and others and through boolean searches
• Develop job ad campaigns, and coordinate Job ad placement in appropriate media.
• Provide technical leadership and support to talent acquisition team

Job Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires at least 3 years experience recruiting for Engineering positions for manufacturing facilities in the US.
• Functional knowledge of local and national employment market characteristics, successful recruiting programs, minority recruiting and identification of applicant sources.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.
• Ability to fill these types of positions: Quality Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Technician, Electrical Engineer, Lead Embedded Software Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Production Supervisor.
