Energy Consultant (Entry Level)

The Position
 

As a B2B (business-to-business) outside sales position, you’re a trusted adviser on
electricity. Your main focus will be on:
 

• Sales Growth: Effectively manage client accounts by growing your client base within your territory and network, while providing them with outstanding experience.

• Prospecting: Craft long term relationships with clients by responding to their needs and identifying opportunities.

• Analysis: Analyze a client’s electricity usage by collecting their electricity information in order to make recommendations to further optimize their energy usage.
   

Training
 

• Entry-level with no previous experience needed
• In-depth training will provide you with all the skills you’ll need to succeed
• Ongoing training and mentorship
• 100% of our management have been promoted from within

Schedule + Compensation
 

• Full time (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM)
• 1099 position, Independent Contractor
• All-commission (uncapped) including incentives and bonuses
• The average earnings for a new Energy Consultant is $62,000 their first year
