Drain Expert

We are currently hiring for the role of Drain Expert with an hourly rate and incentive bonuses. This role requires serious attention to detail and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all drain cleaning and cable work related to in-home & commercial service calls.
• Build customer rapport to provide excellent service.
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable.
• Ability to work alongside and take direction from management, dispatch staff and colleagues to ensure overall success of the business.
• Protect drain cleaning equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, ongoing training seminars and company meetings.
• Be accurate and timely with notes, time cards, feedback & estimate sheets.

Requirements:

• At least one year of being mechanically minded and/or drain cleaning experience
• Clean, safe driving record with a valid driver license
• Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations.
• Strong verbal & written communications
• Enthusiastic & motivated team player
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Drug free, highly motivated self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life
