Job Title – LockBox Operations Clerk (Document Processor)
Pay Rate: $11 per hour
Shift/hours: Saturday and Sunday 7am to 5:45pm or completion
Responsibilities:
Image checks by using the toaster (table top scanner)
Enter the box number (10 key) into the computer system
Opening mail to prepare the items for scanning and 10-key
May be asked to help with keying, etc.
Opening and distributing mail
Skills:
Must be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
Must be able to stand the entire shift.
Highly detail oriented
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent with an additional 1+ years of experience
Mailroom experience preferred
Fast paced processing experience
