District Sales Manager
A very well-known and respected regional seed company is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager for their prime territory in Inola, OK, and the surrounding areas. This is a vital role as it involves managing relationships with some of the largest growers in the territory, ensuring their needs are met, and working collaboratively to drive mutual success. This territory is essential to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in seed sales
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
- Degree in Agronomy
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large growers in the territory
- Provide expert advice and solutions to address customer questions and concerns
- Collaborate with growers to ensure their needs are met and help them achieve their goals
- Drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the company in this crucial territory
