Director of Recruitment Services

Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus is now accepting applications for the Director of Recruitment Services, Engineering, Technology & Design position. As the primary contact with the community, this individual will develop solutions for students to reach their educational goals and for businesses to grow by developing their employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains budgets and maintains accurate records of expenditures
• Resolves student issues and problems
• Develops and implements all activities related to the recruitment and enrollment of new students, as well as the orientation of new and former students
• Integrates all aspects of the campus community in the recruitment process as per a comprehensive enrollment management plan
• Serves as the primary contact for community outreach
• Serves on campus and college committees
• Responsible for the Marketing and communication Plan for the Campus
• Responsible for participation in all campus and community-wide activities
• Develops and implements strategies to attract students to the campus
• Serves as a liaison with area public and private schools
• Interprets and disseminates information regarding admissions policies and procedures
• Actively maintains a prospective student database

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in areas such as Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, or other appropriate field and three (3) years of related experience; or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, or other appropriate field and seven (7) years of related experience.
