Job Description:

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Directing, overseeing, and evaluating all nursing personnel
Guiding staffing procedures
Setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
On Call as necessary

Job Requirements:

Active RN license in NYS, unencumbered
3 - 5 years experience as a DON in Long Term Care setting

Our Short and Long-Term Care facility is looking for a new Assistant Director of Nursing to start ASAP. We are a large 240 bed facility, but maintain a reputation of delivering quality care to our patients.
