Chagrin Valley Farms is seeking an enthusiastic Director of Equine Programs and Client Experience to join our team. This leadership role is a unique opportunity to take our current business to the next level. We are looking for an “equine entrepreneur” that is interested in helping us scale our unique rider membership program and all aspects of our business. We are looking for a commercially savvy, high energy professional that is equal parts equestrian and business professional. Relocation will be available to the selected candidate.
The primary responsibilities for this role are to evolve our unique instruction curriculum, oversee our internal and external trainers, teach students, as well as lead our recruitment program targeted at prospective riders of all ages and capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial team interested in taking this successful business model to the next level.
