Direct Support Professional

Client is a comprehensive, nonprofit, social service organization with headquarters in Philadelphia, Pa. Founded in 1970, RHD currently oversees and supports more than 160 locally managed human service programs in 14 states, working quietly behind the scenes of many programs you already know.

Client has a community-based program that supports individuals with autism and related behaviors to develop life skills and achieves independence.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Support individuals with disabilities in the activities of their daily life
• Advocate for the dignity rights of every individual
• Promote development and outcomes as outlined in the individual care plan
• Support access to community resources
• Uphold the RHD mission, vision, and values

• Three Week Paid Training Provided 

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Posses a high school diploma or GED

Required Qualifications
Have a current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
