We are looking for extrovert, excellent communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, ambitious, analytical, and personable Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join the team.
We are looking for a candidate who is savvy in marketing and has experience.
The Digital Marketing Account Coordinator will fulfill an important, multi-functional role with specific responsibilities which include:
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising tasks for clients.
Developing comprehensive client briefs.
Coordinate with specialists and strategists to research and develop client programs.
Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meetings, reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
Develop, update and maintain client monthly marketing schedule or playbooks and monthly strategies
Log and organize client files
Assign and manage tasks and projects to production staff on a daily basis. Enter and manage all client jobs and projects through the agency’s project management software.
Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
Review and QA deliverables (creatives, copy, etc) prior to sending to the client.
Write content such as blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and others.
Ensuring excellent communication and a strong partnership is maintained with the clients at all times
Setup meetings via Zoom, Google Hangout, or in-person.
Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.
Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
Attending the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
Bachelor's degrees in business, communications, marketing, advertising, or another relevant field are usually required for this position.
Excellent communication skills
GPA of at least 3.7
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience working in the digital industry, ideally within an agency covering brand, digital, and web
Knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques e.g. SEO, PPC, Social Media, Remarketing, and developing digital strategies
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client deliverables/timelines.
Strong understanding of analytics and KPI reporting
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Problem solver - always giving solutions and new ideas.
Ability to work independently and well with a team. Inbound Certified a plus.
Experience using Google Analytics.
