Development Survey Crew Chief

Flux is conducting a talent search on behalf of our client for a direct-hire, Development Survey Crew Chief position. This position is a management-type position where you'll be responsible for your own team.

In this role you'll also be responsible for traveling to various work sites, researching previous records, managing within the heavy construction division, and communicating with clients and government agencies. If you want to work with a tight-knit team then this is the opportunity for you!

What you'll bring to the table:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief performing construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
• Proficiency with robotic total stations, GPS, calculations, and data collectors
• Good organizational, note-taking, and writing skills;
• Ability to be badged for work at sensitive or secure sites (i.e. drug testing and background screening)
• A valid Oregon driving license, and willingness to travel occasionally
• PLS registration is a plus
