Job Description:
We are looking for well rounded technical individuals who can help us on a project bases. We are in the process of on boarding customers in the Ohio area and need local resources to help us with the below functions:
- Network Hardware Installation and Configuration (supported by dedicated internal team)
- Access Point configuration
- End-user device setup
- Installation of software
- Potential imaging of computers
- Office 365 setup
- Printer setup and configuration
- Data migration as needed
- Application and cloud setup as needed
- Additional general IT services as needed
- Customer-service focused (very important)
- At least 1-2 years of experience - certifications a plus
- No cabling will be installed by technicians
- Ability to work independently, but also follow a specific list of must-do items
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- VoIP and phone system experience a plus
- Circuit knowledge a plus
