Assist in growing US Delta One trading business
Trade and manage risk across Delta One equity products (swap, ETF, etc.)
Experience in making markets on cash ETF blocks across asset classes, Index and custom basket swap and single stock swaps
Implement and maintain pricing models for trading strategies
Collaborate with Sales & Trading to drive business growth
Provide content and color for sales and client engagement
Work closely with developers to design and implement trading solutions across Delta One markets

They are accoun for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Successfully completed FINRA Series 55 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
3+ years of experience with analytical methods used in statistical analysis, modeling, and reporting
5+ years of experience in capital markets, industry experience within the specific sector of the position, or a combination of both Show Less
