Whilst already successful in UK, Europe and Asia they are fast growing in New York City. This role is responsible for delegate sales revenue and ensuring targets are hit on the existing and new US launch events in their global Portfolio.

A Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of tickets to international b2b conferences and events and to engage with clients and make them aware of the benefits of attending a specific conference or event. The great thing about these industry events is the show gives continuing education credits for the attendees which is a must have in the industry so a key selling point!!

Salary base from $55k to $60k + 10k to 15k bonus 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event program
  • Researching attendees and generating sales leads
  • Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective event attendees
  • Engaging with clients on the phone and developing lasting relationships
  • Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details
  • Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads
  • Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets
  • Making a high number of calls to meet daily KPIs, to be set by management
  • Supporting delegates through the registration process
