Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Data Entry Operator/Specialist (Freshers/No Experience)

Work Location: Tampa, FL, USA

On-site/Remote: Work from Home initially;

at a later time, will get them to work out of office.

Engagement Type: 1099

Hours of Coverage: 5AM to 11PM Eastern Time, Monday – Friday every week. (40hr/Week)

Duration: 1 year, and extensible post that.

Start Date: Immediate & Urgent

Type of work: Basic data entry, Indexing, Image review, Capture into screen

SLAs: RPH, Quality, Errors, Time on system

Resources required: 150

Language: English

Pay-rate: $8.5/hr on 1099

Essential Functions:

· Ensuring accurate data input onto system/database.

· Assessing transaction requirement and obtaining additional information from relevant sources where required.

· Updating and amending data input.

· Input and approval of data according to specific rules/anomalies/exceptions.

Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline – Graduation in commerce would be preferable.

· Very good keyboard skills – minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m with high accuracy is required. Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.

• Conversant using MS Office - Excel
