Data Entry Clerk

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: $16 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently.

Verify and correct any discrepancies in the data to ensure accuracy.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy access.

Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality and security.
 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data entry or related field is a plus.

Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software preferred.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support role is advantageous.
