Data Entry Analyst

As our administrative aide, you will provide a high level of administrative and supervisory support to the operations manager. You will be charged with the responsibility of handling a variety of clerical duties, including but not limited to, planning, organizing, coordinating the activities of support staff, and monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of our operations and administrative department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist with performing duties such as arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, and keeping the office calendar.
-Maintain office files and our databases as well as create spreadsheets and presentations as required within company guidelines.
-Arrange travel and meeting arrangements for upper-level management staff as required and preventing conflicts.
-Answer calls, take memos and maintain client and management correspondence.
-Record and file company expenditure while making sure everything is accounted for.

Requirements:
You will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least a year of high-level administrative assistant experience in a similar setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, both oral and written required.
High functionality with computer-based software programs, including Microsoft Office required.
Experience in creating and interpreting financial reports highly preferred.

Compensation:
$28 per hour
