Data Entry Administrator

Description

Speedway is partnering with a local manufacturing company to find a highly organized and proactive Data Entry Admin to support various departments within our manufacturing facility. This individual will help ensure smooth operations by providing administrative assistance and coordination across multiple functions.

• Assist in maintaining and organizing documents, such as purchase orders, invoices and other accounting records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all departments.
• Daily data entry and data transfer utilizing Excel and Vista/ERP software, including scrap reporting.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to various departments, including production, quality assurance, logistics, shipping, and human resources, as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal communications responding to inquiries
• Utilize multiple systems to print various documents to support production and shipping as needed.
• Support tracking office and shop supply levels.
• Assist with writing inventory tags during month-end inventory.
   

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Team player; work with many contributors to coordinate and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Strong communication skills
