Data Center Relocation Performance Manager

This resource will be assigned as VITA's Performance Manager for the Data Center Relocation program (DCRP)

Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of the SAIC-run Program for DCRP
- Act as a point of escalation for the SAIC DCRP management team
- Track and report out on progress across the program
- Track and report out on progress of agency request fulfillment in support of the move; identify and drive resolution of issues related to fulfillment that may impact the overall program schedule
- Interact with, support and report out to various stakeholders (e.g., VITA Program Sponsor, COV CISO, customer forums (e.g., AITRs, Relationship Management Committee))
- Ensure coordination between VITA resources focused on Executive Order 19 (EO19) compliance and the platform service delivery organization
- Participate in governance activities and forums (e.g., Internal agency oversight committee, operational forums)
- Identify and manage risks and issues; escalate as required for rapid resolution
- Track platform deliverables related to the DCRP and ensure timely delivery
- Develop contingency plans to ensure that the move is complete no later than 12/31/21

Familiar with ServiceNOW adn MS SharePoint
