Senior Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Trellix security software solutions. The ideal candidate will have specific product experience with ePO ENS, DLP, Solidcore, Trellix Storage Scanners, Trellix Webgateway, and Trellix ATD appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation, configuration, and support of Trellix security software solutions.
• Specific product experience with ePO ENS, DLP, Solidcore, Trellix Storage Scanners, Trellix Webgateway, and Trellix ATD appliances.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical information into easily digestible and actionable insights.
• Utilize Change and Problem management systems to address issues and implement changes in a customer environment.
• Proficient in the Trellix Incident system and procedures for recording SR’s and uploading MER logs.
• Expertise in researching potential issues using Trellix SMS alerts, Knowledge Base Articles, and other sources to troubleshoot potential issues with products or user environments.
• Self-directed and motivated, capable of taking on new assignments and following up on outstanding issues.
• Mentorship abilities, including the capacity to guide junior associates in technical and professional skills necessary for success as a professional consultant and trusted advisor.
• Administrative precision in consistently entering Change and Trouble tickets, completing timesheets, and providing daily status reports without manager follow-up.
