Title: CV Stepdown,RN (3CV/CV Stepdown) – Alexandria, LA
Multiple Positions: ( 5 Days – 7 Nights)
Schedule: 12 hours shifts 7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am
Facility size (beds): 241 beds
Position
· Unit name: 3 CV / CV Stepdown – Converting to IMCU
· Details on unit
o Unit size, # of beds, etc. 40 beds
o Why is this position open? Replacement/Add to Staff
o Patient ratio: 6:1 / Based on patient acuity
o Types of patient profiles or cases: Post OP CABG , Renal , some MedSurg
Minimum Education
ADN or BSN
Minimum Work Experience
Must haves (years, units, trauma levels):
Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg Experience
Nice to haves: Strong Clinical/Critical Thinking Skills
Required Licenses/Certifications
o BLS
o ACLS
o Current LA RN license or a compact license
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
o Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
o Passionate about the patient experience
