Thanks to our dedicated team, we are continuously driving costs down without compromising on quality for our customers. With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lycamobile is currently seeking two (2) Customer Service Representatives in our Newark, NJ Corporate Headquarters
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other
products and services
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the
problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment,
following up to ensure resolution
• Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am – 11:00pm, Monday- Saturday and Holidays, 10:00am –
6:00pm. Flexible schedule.
* Two week paid training period
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED, required. Some college preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Chinese, French) a plus
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar position or in a related area a plus
• Accuracy in daily work
• Ability to communicate well
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
