Customer Service Representative

The Koffler Sales team is looking for an enthusiastic addition to our customer service/sales department. We need a detail-oriented individual who can learn multiple facets of our industry to best aid our customers and continue our professional relationship with our venders. The successful candidate, will have an important role in processing orders and be well-trained in product knowledge to give our customers the best service that Koffler can provide.

• Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer and vendor phone calls regarding ordering, shipment schedules, product details, and overall customer concern
• Responsible for entering orders into company database, updating customer accounts, following up with vendors, and continuing to build the Koffler Sales reputation for great customer service
• Work with the rest of the customer service team in an accepting and collaborative manner
• Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to learn computer software in a timely manner
• Professionalism with customers and staff at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
