Customer Service Representative

Express Employment is now hiring Customer Service Representative for a health care company located in the Morgantown area. This position will include days shift hours ranging 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday with compensation of $13.50 hourly to begin.

The position will include duties of:

-Providing consistent customer service to individuals in research programs

-Handling inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers

-Complete all data entry and information tracking in a variety of database programs

-Handle all adjustments, corrections, and updates for the program guidelines

This is an excellent opportunity for long term employment with a growing medical company in the Morgantown area.

All interested candidates must:

-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Have 2+ years' experience in customer service experience (medical field related)

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook)

-Have 2+ years' of administrative and data entry experience
