Customer Service Representative

Position Details: 


Completely work at home

All inbound calls from people who have a loved one in jail and would like to create a commissary account for them and transfer funds

Pay starts at $9/hr   If Bilingual $10

Pay is biweekly

Full benefits after 90 days

Full time long term W2 position



System Requirements(verified during the system check)


2 monitors of any size (can use a tv as a second monitor)  or  1 monitor that is 32 in

Hardwired internet NO WIFI

Windows computer  system 10

4GB RAM

Typing speed of 30 wpm  90% accuracy

Quiet work space
