Job Summary

We are an established and successful company seeking a confident, reliable, and friendly customer service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with and satisfying the most important element of our company ' the customers. As a Customer Service Professional , you will set productivity goals and work diligently towards meeting them. To perform this job, you must be comfortable with speaking for extended periods of time and working at your home in a quiet home office/space. We are a company that is fully committed to helping you succeed. if you believe you have what it takes to keep our clients happy, we would be interested in making you a part of our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from clients and listen to concerns, complaints, and questions carefully.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and take notes on customer remarks and issues.
  • Excellent PC and computer skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers utilizing strong written skills as well as deep customer empathy.
  • Skilled and efficient in written communication
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service
  • Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.
  • Quiet place to set up a home office/space
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must live in any state other than CA, WI, OR, MD, MA, NY, CT


Job Skills & Qualifications Required

' Strong communication and problem-solving skills
' Ability to multitask
' High school diploma or equivalent
' Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
' Comfortable sitting and speaking for long periods of time
