Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Update customers file and ensure information is up to date
• Use database to update files to reflect current activity
• Fax update paperwork to hotels
• Communicate with customers and hotels regarding check out dates and experience at the hotel
• Assist in taking and entering new claims

Requirements

• Customer service experience is a must (Face to face and/or phone)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
