Customer Service Associate

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a very successful electronics retail store located in Midtown West is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to keep their customers happy. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent with good attendance and performance.
 

Many specialized roles are available including baggers, cashiers, order processors, web order dispensers, and more. Positions will be assigned based on individual experience, skills, and abilities of each candidate. Many successful candidates will be cross-trained in multiple departments.

The schedule is 5 days a week between Sunday-Friday. No Saturdays. Hours are typically 10am-7pm. Fridays 9am-2pm and Sundays 10am-5pm are required.

Pay: $15-17/hr
 

Responsibilities for the Cashier / Customer Service Associate:

• Assisting customers in a retail setting
• Using a POS system
• Cash and card handling
• Data entry

Requirements for the Cashier / Customer Service Associate:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment
• Experience with POS is a plus, not a must
• Excellent customer interaction skills. Must be kind, courteous, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume, fast-paced environment
