Global Flags Unlimited, LLC d/b/a The Flag Co. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Inside Sales Associates. Our CSR's are the front line of support for our clients and help ensure that our customers select the correct product for their needs by educating them about our products, services, and features. We offer structured extensive training on our products and services.

Position Responsibilities:

Proper phone and in-person etiquette, including, but not limited to

• A positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through email, phone or their web portal.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and recommending solutions.
• Processing customers' orders and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to help customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers systems and answering the phones.
• Experience working with customer support.

We are conveniently located in Cobb County, GA between I-75 and Cobb Parkway. This is a non-smoking environment. We e-verify and do background checks on all employees.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Salary starting from $12.00 - $14.00 per hour plus commissions and bonus pay

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

This is an on-site position. This is not a remote position due to the nature of our customers' needs. Only applicants who have reliable transportation and can work full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM need apply. Salary and compensation listed in the description above.
