Our Customer Care Representatives create the "WOW" factor that our clients look for when dealing with their customers. A candidate for the Customer Care position will embody this "WOW" factor!

• Has exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Works well with others in small, collaborative groups and has a positive attitude
• Is comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions

Responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative:

• Create a "WOW" experience for each of our clients' customers
• Communicate the benefit of new client services to an assigned customer base
• Create solutions to any customer issues
