Customer Care Representative

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
•  A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.

Some of the duties for this position are:

• Communicating and Building Relationships with current members
• Handling incoming customer requests
• Acting as a purchasing agent to assist members with finding vendors for their requests
• Light Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

• Great Phone Etiquette
• Ability to work independently with direction and light supervision
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Books experience preferred

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm with flexible hours & occasional Saturday
