BOLD Customer Care Department is responsible for making a significant impact on the success of the business representing our products, building loyalty and ensuring all customer issues are appropriately handled. The department acts as the link between the customer and the organization.
Customer Care Representative acts as the link between the customer and the organization. The main focus is to ensure that the customer interactions are processed efficiently, and maintains customer relationships.
Provides each customer with world class Customer Care by dealing quickly and efficiently with customer inquiries or complaints.
Expedites Customer complaints or problems to proper departments, including keeping the customer informed of status.
Proactively foresees possible complaints, concerns, or complications and plan strategies to avoid or minimize them.
Forward thinking on new procedures or working practices to improve Customer Care efficiency.
Communicates to customers to resolves their concern.
Performs other work related duties as needed.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED), and six months of customer care experience.
Ability to exceed set departmental goals in a metric driven environment.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Investigative and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work on the weekends and on holidays if needed.
Ability to adapt to a fast pace growing and changing the environment.
Ability to work in an open team environment and be a key player on the team.
Excellent organizational, follow – through, communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
