Job Description

We are currently looking for a Crop Application Specialist to join our team. This crucial role involves operating liquid sprayers and dry fertilizer spreaders, directly impacting the success of our customers' crops. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, a CDL, and a Custom Applicator License. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the Ag Retail business.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate liquid sprayers and dry fertilizer spreaders to apply agronomy products to customer fields.
• Maintain and repair application equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their crop needs.
• Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate application logs and records.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of agronomy products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL and Custom Applicator License.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to maintain and repair equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in agricultural operations preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
