CPA Accountant

SW Florida CPA firm seeks CPA with 3-10 years experience in Auditing, Accounting, and/or Taxation. This position requires outstanding technical skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills. The ideal candidate would require the CPA designation.

Job Description: Client interviews and preparation of audits, reviews, financials, and corporate/ personal tax returns

• Ability to prepare partnership, estate and trust income tax returns
• Handling IRS correspondence and tax research
• Establish working relationships with clients during data gathering and planning process; Ability to respond to client questions; Prepare client communication, agendas, recommendations, and conduct client meetings; Tax planning and Analysis
• Conduct audits/reviews of clients financials
• Perform general monthly accounting for clients

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; Completed CPA designation

• Knowledge in financial planning a plus; Strong organization and time management skills, fast paced very busy office; Energetic self-starter with an ability to work effectively without ongoing supervision
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with a goal oriented team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor a must; This position is growth oriented and will provide the opportunity for advancement for the ideal candidate

Salary:  70,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year  plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401k, flex time, SIGN ON BONUS!
