Occupational Therapist Assistant (Full Time with Benefits) –Home Visit or Facility Therapist

Work closely with OTR supervisor to develop the team of professional Home Care providers.

This is an opportunity for Career change or diversification. Training is available for the right minded individuals looking to expand their Occupational Therapy practice areas for Early Intervention and/or Pediatric and Adult services.

Health Care models are changing.  Hospital Stays are shortening.  Rehab in the Homes is GROWING!

Duties

  • Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment.
  • Perform treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license.
  • Perform/delegate technical procedures appropriately and safely.
  • Utilizes a variety of treatment techniques to achieve goals, if necessary.
  • Determine patient response to treatment and report progress (reassessment).
  • Educate patient and family through instruction, demonstration, or appropriate handouts in treatment plan, safety issues, home programs/self management and assistive equipment.

Qualifications:

We are seeking Professional minded OTAs who are committed to quality, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

  • Graduate of AOTA Accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant Program
  • We welcome Experienced Early Intervention or Home Care therapists

Work Hours/Schedule:  35 visits per week only 30 visits required to maintain benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year per year
