Contract Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outbound prospecting and have a demonstrated ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview screening questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for clientele
• Conduct virtual or phone interviews of prospective candidates
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as point of contact between candidates and clients
• Build pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting
• Meet weekly/quarterly quotas and goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
