End-to-End SEO Content Production: Conceptualize, execute, and activate online SEO content initiatives for some of the most widely used career services products in America, managing deadlines along the way
Ideate and Brief Writing: Write detailed briefs to guide content vendors to deliver first class SEO content and focused career content
Editing: Edit and approval copy produced for SEO, SEM and Product
Content Continuity: Working closely with relevant stakeholders to understand the impact of content development in all aspect of the customer journey and user experience. Ensure that content strategies are aligned at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel adding Product and SEO value
Cross-functional Collaboration: Spearhead the creation of new highly optimized page template designs in collaboration with SEO, optimization, design, and development teams
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze key marking analytics to make strategic recommendations about content gaps and opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Mass Communication or English
1 - 2 years of work experience in online media or digital communications – and a solid understanding of the digital media landscape (internships count as valid experience)
Exceptional writing, sub-editing and copyediting skills
An online portfolio demonstrating exemplary writing and content creation skills
Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Committed self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects under limited direction
Experience integrating SEO best practice principles into content
Experience using Wordpress, including basic knowledge of HTML
Digital marketing experience
