The Content Manager at Court Avenue holds the responsibility of sourcing, sorting, and validating all creative assets of an assigned project, and ensuring they are uploaded correctly into a backend data platform. The Content Manager is a junior, part time role and is responsible for owning and managing all asset uploads, ensuring quality and consistency of each asset.

Collect and review all client assets, provided by team
Ensure quality and consistency of creative and written assets
Sort, track, and upload all assets into the assigned client’s project within the Adobe Experience Manager platform
Assist in creating client-specific content specifications and guidelines
Assist in maintaining project specific content guidelines are up-to-date
Collect content samples, specifications and brand guidelines from Court Avenue’s creative team and active clients
Ensure all completed work is signed off by project managers and/or program managers
Other duties as assigned on an as needed basis from project and/or program managers
1+ years of agency experience is desired
Experience using Adobe Experience Manager
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to great detail
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project management skills
Proven experience with Content/Web Management Systems required
