Construction Team For Mobile Home Rehabs

We are a growing mobile home park investment company.  Many of the properties we purchase come with park owned homes that are vacant and are in need of a rehab.  Once we rehab then, we sell them to a new resident who will live in the park.  Over the past few years, our company has hired 3rd party contractors to complete our home remodels.  Now it is time for our company to build an internal team to handle our many home remodeling projects across our properties.

 

Currently, our parks are located in Arizona within the following cities:  Tucson, Sierra Vista, and Yuma.  Our new rehab team would travel from park to park rehabbing our mobile homes preparing them for sale. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

1.  This position is best suited for a team (2 people).  If possible, apply as a team.

2.  Must be willing to work on property (Tucson, Sierra Vista, and/or Yuma) during the week

3.  Must have minimum 7 years of experience remodeling mobile homes of all ages

4.  Must have your own tools

5.  Reliable truck and/or trailer

6.  Willing to live in a company provided mobile home on site at each property during the week

 

Skills Required:

Painting, roofing, framing, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, finish carpentry, swamp coolers, light HVAC

Other Compensation:

1.  This is a full time, salaried position
2.  Additional year-end bonuses (based on performance and meeting goals)

New hires must pass a background check.
