Construction Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Present proposals to prospective clients.
• Up-sell customers on services and upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Prospect for new clients and follow up for referrals.

• Create bi-weekly sales report.
• Reach sales objectives by agreed upon deadlines.
• Travel throughout assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Previous Construction Sales experience preferred.
• 2+ Years in Sales
• High school Diploma or GED
• Detail oriented and strong aptitude for negotiation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Profit-driven.
