Construction Project Manager (Experienced)

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of multi-family properties.  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules and timelines while adhering to approved budget.

• Attend job coordination meetings.

• Identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the organization of the job.

• Prioritize tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress throughout the project.

• Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and vendors.

• Create purchase orders and change orders.

• Schedule material deliveries and installations.

• Manage post-project follow-up process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management related field.

• 5+ years of project management or project coordination experience required.

• 3+ years of residential or commercial construction experience preferred.

• Certified in PMP, PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA preferred

• Ability to travel locally (mostly day trips) with occasional out-of-state travel required.

• Ability to support and work cooperatively with peers and supervisors.

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to travel
