The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of multi-family properties.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project schedules and timelines while adhering to approved budget.
Attend job coordination meetings.
Identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the organization of the job.
Prioritize tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress throughout the project.
Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and vendors.
Create purchase orders and change orders.
Schedule material deliveries and installations.
Manage post-project follow-up process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management related field.
5+ years of project management or project coordination experience required.
3+ years of residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
Certified in PMP, PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA preferred
Ability to travel locally (mostly day trips) with occasional out-of-state travel required.
Ability to support and work cooperatively with peers and supervisors.
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
