Job Description: As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our large-scale commercial projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in overseeing various aspects of project management, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations. This role offers high visibility to upper management, providing ample opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
 

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a project management or assistant project management role, preferably in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with project management software such as Timberline, Viewpoint Vista, Bluebeam, Procore, or PlanGrid is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
