Construction Crew Member

Denyon Homes, Inc. has immediate job openings for residential framing/building construction crew members with experience who are looking for a long-term career opportunity. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with the integrity and drive to be part of an active team constructing quality building projects. Our recent growth has necessitated the need for additional personnel. We are hiring for full time building crew members for year around work.

Individuals must be mature, reliable, hardworking, and have 1+years of experience in the construction trade.

Candidates must also have a high level of attention for details.
 

Construction Crew Member Job Description:

• Performing tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
• Operating hand and power tools of all types
• Cleaning and preparing job sites
• Assisting other team members

Requirements/Qualifications for Construction Crew Member:

• 1+ years experience general carpentry/building construction knowledge & skills
• Standard weight lifting requirements – 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
• Able to communication effectively — both verbal and written
• Able to follow all safety rules and procedures
• Knowledgeable and efficient with power tools
• Able to stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Experienced working with metal sheeting
• Must have excellent attendance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in team environment
• Goal orientated
• Able to operate aerial equipment
