Duties Include:

• Perform tasks involving tough physical labor in a safe manner for all types of concrete related construction projects.
• Perform quantity take offs for varying projects per specs and drawings.
• Organize building materials as needed.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Set up and build a variety of different form systems from sidewalks to walls
• Dig, prep, erect and set forms. Install rebar, setting braces and tie re-bar in place.

What you need for this position:

• Experience 3-5 years in the field.
• Experience in concrete form building and setting, pouring and finishing.
• Delivers quality, efficiency, productivity and safe work practices.
• Must have positive attitude towards change. Values of diversity of ideas, opinions and people.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Personnel are expected to perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing and pulling of material and standing throughout shift. Be able to stoop, kneed, crouch and crawl.
• Be able to work 40 hours per week and have the flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regularly scheduled work hours needed.
• Understand PPE and be able to use it properly.
• Follow established rules and regulations and help maintain a clean environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, text and email.
• Must have valid California Driver License and clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work. Report to different jobsites in San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles.
• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, gases and inclement weather.
