Job Summary

Triad PC Clinic has been a technology solutions provider to a wide range of industries since 2003. We specialize in IT services, consulting, computer hardware, software, networks, cloud solutions, web design, and computer training.

Our current opening is for IT support professional for onsite and remote support. You must have good people skills as this a customer facing position. We are a customer service driven organization and need an individual who understands how to provide this high-level service daily.

Role and Responsibility

• Remote and onsite support services.
• In shop pc, laptop, and server diagnosis and repair
• Analysis of business network systems
• Provide technical system and user support by responding to calls, emails, and personal request for technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of:

• Windows server 2008-2019
• TCP/IP, WAPs, firewalls, switches, routers, Raid disk subsystems, NAS devices, Microsoft exchange, POP, IMAP
• All current PC operating systems
• Microsoft Office
• PC imaging and configuration, PC/laptop hardware
• Malware/ransom ware/virus removal
• MCSE or CompTIA A+ will be an advantage
• Have troubleshooting skill set to work on a variety of devices with different configurations.

Must be self motivated, organized, and able to work in a face paced environment. You must be able to prioritize your daily work and work independently.

Requirements

• Have troubleshooting skill set to work on a variety of devices with different configurations.
• 2 or 4 year degree and/or equivalent work experience training
• Clean driving record
• A+ and Net+ certification or 2 years of experience

Computer Hardware: 1 year

Networking: 1 year

Working hours are Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Some Saturday work may be required as needed.

Full or Part-time positions

Pay commensurate with experience.
