• Well Established Commercial Real Estate firm needs your Commercial Office or Commercial Retail Property Management experience to be the eyes and ears for the Portfolio Manager handle: support for the Portfolio Manager; Tenant and Vendor Relations, Manage Work Orders, Track Leases, Abstract Leases, Approve Invoices, Gather Figures for CAM’s / Financials.

Monday – Friday 8-5pm No Overtime, No Weekends.

$ 47,000 – 50,000 PLUS 4-5 % Bonus
