The Commercial Loan Servicer is responsible for accurately setting up the loan structure in the core banking system, book the loans to the system, process notices, fund loans, monitor the wire queue and apply payments and fees according to the credit agreement. This includes managing loan deals where the bank is a participant or the lead/agent bank and is responsible for working with the Relationship team and other financial institutions to properly coordinate loan funding requests. The Commercial Loan Servicer is responsible for the quality control and system review of their regionally assigned Relationship Team to ensure data is accurate in the core system for internal and external reporting and notices.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
3+ years of Commercial loan servicing experience including commercial and middle market transactions and participations/syndications.
Formal Education & Certification:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility:
0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.
Working Conditions:
Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like, files, ledgers, folders, etc.
