JS Home Buyers is a real estate investment company that seeks to purchase distressed properties for cash from private individuals. We are looking for cold callers to call ACCURATE leads we obtain. You must screen each lead and build rapport with the home owner. You will be given a SCRIPT and directed on good information to find out from the sellers. The ultimate goal is for the seller to schedule an appointment which our owner and/or Acquisitions Manager will attend.
We are looking for thick-skinned individual who can handle rejection and overcome objections (we will review these objections). We prefer at least 1 year of cold calling experience. Inexperienced candidates will still be considered. Real estate experience/knowledge is a plus as well but not required.
We will have a brief training call where we go over common objections, what to mention/avoid mentioning and we review specific information we would like to obtain from sellers. This way you sound as smooth and authentic as possible.
This is a work from home position. (Independent contractor) You will receive commissions + BONUSES for every deal closed! You will receive an additional bonus if you generated the lead yourself. Potential to be promoted to an Acquisitions Manager!
