Cognos Developer

 

• Consult with users, analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications.
• Develop, test and implement technical reporting solutions.
• Modify and maintain existing report and reporting applications.
• Prepare technical, operational and user related documentation in support of report and report applications.
• Provide technical support and training to functional users
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• 2-4 years job related experience. 

Specialised Skills:

• 1 year with the latest version Cognos Analytics 11.x
• 2 - 3 years of experience with framework Manager
• Proficient with writing Oracle SQL
• 2 - 3 years of Cognos Report development experience and at least 1 year with the latest version Cognos Analytics 11.x
• Troubleshooting of report issues and performance issues
• Experience with building Dashboards
